With more than 15 years of experience in talent assessment and over 20 years of sales expertise, Chief Commercial Officer Tony Anello is an accomplished executive leader with a successful record of growing business. Responsible for Modern Hire’s business development, account management, and partner programs, Tony is focused on accelerating the organization’s growth into new markets.

Tony served as Chief Commercial Officer at Shaker International and held executive sales and business development positions at Thomsons, CEB, and SHL. He also previously served as Director of Sales at ePredix/Previsor (acquired by CEB) and Senior Business Development Manager at LexisNexis.
