Scott Goodman

With more than 25 years of selection science experience, Scott Goodman, Executive Vice President, Professional Services, leads the teams of skilled professionals behind the design, build, and delivery of Modern Hire’s assessments. He provides the technical expertise, direction, and foresight to ensure the highest level of service and client engagement.

Scott’s prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Shaker International, of which he was also a founder. He also previously was Managing Director of North American Consulting for CEB/SHL; Senior Consultant at Olsen, Stern, Murphy & Hogan; and Consultant at IBM.
