This spotlight’s data derives from the findings from over 1,300 candidates from support and multilingual roles who had completed an optional survey between January 2017 and June 2018. A video interview completion rate of 72% was found when over 600 support and multilingual interview campaigns were analyzed from over 120 client accounts.
