When a global pandemic hits, you’re forced to adapt. But do you just adapt enough to make it through, or do you take the opportunity to affect real change?
For Roche Diagnostics, a company known as a pioneer and innovator, it was a chance to bring that same innovative spirit to its campus recruiting, and implement a 180-degree transformation.
By creating a small team to focus on the issue, Roche was able to overhaul the company’s process, creating ways to connect virtually with candidates in ways that still felt meaningful and had impact. At the same time, the team was able to cast a much wider net for candidates, resulting in a slate that was more diverse and representative of the communities Roche serves – all in a way that was scalable and efficient.
Watch this 30-minute webinar to learn:
- The approach taken by Roche to create a University Redesign Team and how this group tackled this challenge
- How Roche built a hiring process that balanced efficiency and speed with providing meaningful experiences for candidates
- The benefits of a reaching a larger, more diverse group of candidates and what Roche learned from the experience
