Problem
This leading coffee manufacturer wanted to enable the hiring manager with candidate data to differentiate applicants based on their ability to use information appropriately, keep accurate records, and support their fellow team members.
Solution
With contributions from the client, Modern Hire created a Virtual Job Tryout where candidates engaged in typical material handlers/warehouse associate position.
Virtual Job Tryout candidates were assessed on work history and style, situational judgement, leadership characteristics, and culture fit.
Results
Individuals who performed well on the assessment were rated higher on collaboration, higher on interest in personal development, higher on support for fellow team members, and higher on ability to use information accurately and efficiently.
