These traits were targeted in an effort to improve adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration, quality control, performance, and promotion potential.
Solution
After extensive consultation with the client, Modern Hire built a Virtual Job Tryout that engaged candidates and allowed them to display key competencies.
The Virtual Job Tryout assessed candidates in problem-solving, work style, logical reasoning, prioritization and delegation, and leadership characteristics.
Results
The Virtual Job Tryout successfully identified high-potential candidates from a large pool of applicants who demonstrated the critical attributes shown to drive these performance factors.
