This spotlight derives from over 3,700 candidates’ user data, completing video interviews across 400 interview campaigns from 17 Sonru clients from the insurance industry. The findings from over 520 optional surveys completed by candidates between August 2018 and June 2019, who had completed a video interview from Sonru’s clients in the insurance industry, are also included.

  • 73% had positive feelings toward the hiring company when they received the invitation to complete the interview, with a further 19% neutral
  • 92% felt sufficiently informed about what was required

  • 76% thought it is fairer to have more than one person assess their interviews, with a further 19% neutral
