With applications from all over the world for the position of CEO and the need to accommodate the Recruitment Task Force, who were from five different countries, our video interviewing solution proved to be the ideal solution as part of this complex recruitment process.

Having advertised extensively throughout the EU, various networks and social media some 84 candidates (from across the world) made a formal written application. The Recruitment Task Force then invited 11 to participate in the interview, from which 5 were invited to Brussels for interviews.
The face-to-face interview involved a Psychometric Assessment by PwC, an interview with EBN’s Recruitment Taskforce, and another interview with EBN’s Board of Directors.
