Seeing the candidate in action. “You can see how they present themselves and how they handle a new piece of technology because for many of the candidates it’s the first time they’ve done something like this and you can’t get that from paper, a resume could look fabulous but then the candidate maybe not so much,” adds Strong.

“The fact that previously screening would be done by one person and it would be just their view that would be formed around whether that candidate should go the next stage or not.
