Client
A major medical group in the United States that provides services through a network of close to 3,000 outpatient centers in the United States serving over 200,000 patients.
Problem
The organization wanted to better evaluate the capabilities and company culture fit of Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Assistant (NA) candidates. This company values service excellence and exceeding the expectations of their patients, which is why assessing capabilities and job fit of candidates is a top priority.

Candidates received a preview of the job, allowing them to assess whether the job requirements aligned with their personal preferences and skills.
