Talent Board names 2017 Candidate Experience Award winners

Talent Board recently named the winners of the 2017 North American Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards. More than 200 companies registered to participate in the 2017 North American CandE Awards program, which collected data about experiences of over 180,000 job candidates.

The 50 winners were found to provide their job candidates with an exemplary candidate experience, as described by the candidates themselves.

Multiple Shaker clients were on the winner?s list. Shaker clients have been recognized as CandE Award winners every year since the award?s inception in 2010. Committed to elevating the candidate experience, Shaker also is a Global Platinum sponsor of the CandE Awards.

Winners were identified through a blind data analysis based on their job candidates? satisfaction survey scores. Multiple factors in the data summaries were considered in the final analysis, but three key questions had a significant impact on determining the winners:

  • The likelihood that the candidate would reapply to the organization
  • If the candidates would refer other job seekers to the organization
  • Candidates overall ranking of their specific candidate experience

The 50 winners are organizations that received the highest positive candidate experience ratings.
