Shaker is pleased to welcome industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologist Nicole Petersen as an analyst on our Design-Build team.
Petersen brings a broad range of experience in complex analysis and data interpretation using advanced statistical and research methodologies for the design, development, and validation of assessments.
“Nicole’s qualifications with big data stood out immediately,” said Daly Vaughn, Shaker managing associate and team leader. “The nature of her research coupled with her consulting experience are a great fit for our expanding practices in machine learning and artificial intelligence for predicting on-the-job success.”
Petersen earned her Ph.D. in I-O psychology from Bowling Green State University and has worked as a consultant to assessment developers, public agencies, and commercial enterprises. Most recently, she served as assistant professor of psychology at Radford University.
